Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DevOpsHunt, operated by MVP Foundry SLU (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using DevOpsHunt you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

DevOpsHunt is a job board and salary-intelligence platform for DevOps, SRE and platform engineers. We provide job listings, skill-based match scoring, salary insights, company and visa information, and related tools. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.

Acceptable use

• Do not post false, misleading, unlawful or discriminatory content, including job listings.
• Do not scrape, harvest or bulk-extract data from the service without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not use the service to spam, harass or impersonate others.

Content you provide

You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as your profile, CV and job listings. You grant us a licence to host, display and process that content as needed to operate the service and provide it to the intended audience (for example sharing an application with an employer). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share what you submit.

Credits, subscriptions and payments

Certain features require credits or a paid subscription. Prices, included credits and what each plan unlocks are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Except where required by law or expressly stated, purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively.

Job listings and third parties

DevOpsHunt aggregates and hosts job listings and links to third-party sites and employers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability or outcome of any listing, application, or third-party service, and we are not a party to the relationship between you and any employer or recruiter.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Salary figures, match scores and other insights are estimates for guidance only and are not professional, financial or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP Foundry SLU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to DevOpsHunt.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Andorra, and the courts of Andorra shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
